60 YR OLD MALE WITH COMPLAINTS OF VOMITINGS , DIARRHOEA

CASE : A 60yr old male came to the casuality with chief complaints of fever,numbness and tingling sensation in lower limbs since last night 3-4 episodes of vomitings and loose greenish stools since today early morning HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS : Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1day ago. Then he felt tingling sensation and numbness in his lower limbs. Next day ,early in the morning he had 3 episodes of vomitings and passage of loose ,green coloured stools. PAST HISTORY
